Brenda has over 20 years experience in business development, sales planning, and relationship management, the most recent of which were as a senior leader with American Express, Brenda’s focus has been in the areas of leadership and performance management.

Brenda’s professional career has included a variety of senior management positions within financial services and the travel industry.

As a consultant Brenda provides expertise in business management for both large and small organizations. She has developed expertise in emotional intelligence evaluation and training. She works with executives and groups to facilitate and to offer perspective and process to migrate individuals and work groups to improved self awareness and personal growth. Her experience and enthusiasm enables organizations to capitalize on their human potential in the most effective manner.

As the founder and Club President she leads and directs “The Country Club; distinctive voices dynamic women”. The service she offers is an on line global network for women’s personal and professional growth. She as the leadership coach for the women of The Country Club.
Brenda is both an accomplished writer and speaker offering both motivational and business insight to a variety of groups and venues across the country.

Brenda includes time to travel extensively visiting and experiencing cultures the world over. She makes time to improve her golf game.
Brenda is married and lives in Winnipeg with her husband. She has four grown children.
